Privacy notice

This privacy notice covers how LexForge collects, uses and protects your data.

Data processed

LexForge expects to process account details, tenant settings, uploaded house-style templates when that add-on is available, source documents, generated outputs, verification metadata, usage records, support messages and billing records.

Document content

Document content is customer confidential data. The product is designed so verification summaries avoid storing full document text by default. Generated documents and uploaded files should be retained only for the period needed to provide the service and support customer review.

Sub-processors

Sub-processors include Microsoft Azure (hosting and AI, UK), Stripe (billing, EU/UK) and Mailjet (transactional email, EU). A full sub-processor list is published on the security page.

Customer control

Customers can export generated outputs, delete their tenant and request deletion of stored files. Contact hello@lexforge.app to exercise these rights.
