How allowances and top-ups work.
Monthly billing
Paid plans renew monthly. Your plan allowance is pooled across the users included in that plan.
Page packs
Top-ups require a paid plan, are used after the monthly allowance and remain valid for 12 months.
What is included
Every plan includes a wording check, marks uncertain words and delivers editable Word output. Paid plans include ongoing House Styles.
What happens to my files?
Uploaded scans are scheduled for automatic deletion from active storage two hours after upload, with a slower Azure lifecycle backstop. Converted output is kept for seven days by default, configurable up to 30 days, then deleted automatically.
What can I upload?
PDF or Word (.docx) documents, up to 100 MB. PDF files can contain up to 500 pages.
How long does a conversion take?
Processing time depends on the page count and scan quality. Your workspace shows progress while LexForge runs.
What does "flagged" mean?
Words read with low confidence are highlighted for human review. The wording check cannot prove that a poor scan was read correctly.
Does the free trial include House Styles?
Yes. 300 one-time pages, including a House Styles sample.
Is my data used to train AI?
No, never.
